Qualifications
- 22 years of age at time of qualification
- Class A CDL
- Must have at least one (1) year of verifiable Class A commercial driving experience within the previous five (5) years – at least eight (8) months of the verified experience must be within the previous three (3) years.
- Flatbed applicants must have a minimum of six (6) months pulling a flatbed in the previous 1 year.
- No more than 1 DOT recordable/preventable crash or Serious Traffic Offense within the previous 1 year of commercial driving.
- No handheld mobile device / texting violations within the previous 6 months
- No DUI/DWI in the past five (5) years
- No positive drug or alcohol tests within the previous ten (10) years
- Non-commercial felonies and misdemeanors reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Habitual suspension history reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
